Financing

We accept cash, cashier checks and all major credit cards. We will take a personal check for amounts under $500.00. If you need financing, we work with two different companies; Lifestyle Lending Solutions and CareCredit. A down payment is necessary to set your surgery date. All surgeries must be paid for 10 days prior to your surgery date.

Lifestyle Lending Solutions is a conglomerate of Credit Unions that offer financing for surgical procedures. Their website address is www.lifestyleLS.com. CareCredit is a credit card type company that also offers financing for surgery. Their website address is www.carecredit.com.

Both companies are fairly easy to work with. When you come in you can fill out the application or call the appropriate numbers to begin the application process. Though you can contact these companies before coming for your consult, having a firm price is sometimes helpful.

Interest rates and application processes vary slightly from company to company. Lifestyle Lending Solution’s application process is slightly more tedious but they offer a fixed rate loan which means if you are late for a payment, you may receive a late fee but your interest rate doesn’t change. CareCredit has a more simple application process but the loan is a credit card type. This means if you are late for a payment your interest rate increases.

Some patients prefer to schedule their surgery further away and make incremental payments until their date. What ever choice you make, we hope to make your dreams possible.
